Bill of sale · as-is, where-is

1973 Winnebago Motor Home

Transfer at no charge · August 28, 2026

Robert — this is the paperwork for the motorhome. It costs you nothing. What you are agreeing to is that you tow it off the impound lot at your own expense, and that once you sign, anything the lot charges after Saturday is yours rather than mine.

There is one thing here for you to sign — this bill of sale. The Authorization of Release that the lot needs is signed by the seller, not by you, and it comes back to you the moment your signed copy lands.

What you are paying

Nothing. There is no money in this transaction in either direction. The vehicle is transferred as a gift. What the seller receives instead is your agreement to remove it from the lot at your own cost, and both sides accept that as full and sufficient consideration.

There is no title

No certificate of title comes with this vehicle. Ownership is evidenced by a Maryland MVA VR-112 auctioneer's receipt from a law-enforcement auction. Under COMAR 11.12.03.07 a VR-112 is accepted as documentary evidence of ownership by a licensed dismantler, recycler or scrap processor. The original VR-112 goes to you with this bill of sale.

If you wanted to title it for road use instead, that would need MD form VR-028, a Salvage Certificate and a Maryland salvage inspection. The seller makes no claim that this is achievable.

Condition — sold strictly as-is

The seller has never been allowed to inspect, start or move this vehicle. The impound lot permits no inspections. Everything below is what is visible in the auction listing, disclosed so you are not surprised.

No warranty of any kind is given, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for any purpose.

Removal is yours

Hard deadline: Saturday, August 29, 2026. Any storage fee or penalty the lot charges after that date is the buyer's, and the buyer indemnifies the seller against it.

On signature the seller will execute a GovDeals Authorization of Release naming you as the authorised agent for removal.

Final

The transfer is final on removal. No refunds. By signing you confirm you have read and accept every disclosure above.
